Best of the semester-3

Reducing stress is an important lesson to modern people. Every day, we meet different kinds of tough problems to make us feel stressed, so we have a variety of ways to reduce stress.  First of all, you should throw away the matter which bothers you.  Second, you may take a walk or take a deep breath to change your mood.  Moreover, you can write down all of  your complaints in your diary.  If these steps are not enough for you, you can yell in the bathroom or even hit your pillow!  Most important of all, after you feel better, you have to face the music instead of escaping the reality.
