How to reduce stress

Reducing stress is an important lesson to modern people. Every day, we meet every kinds of tough problems to make us feel stressed, so we all have all manner of ways to reduce stress.  First of all, you should threw away the matter which bothers you.  Second, you may take a walk or take a deep breath to change your mood.  Moreover, you can write down all of  your complaints in your diary.  If these steps are not enough to you, you can yell in the bathroom or hit your pillow!  Most important of all, when you feel better, you have to face the music instead of escaping the reality.

    when改成after會不會比較好???

    enough 後面如果加名詞,要換成for!!
    為什麼當我感覺好一點時,要勇敢面對困難阿!??
